How To Unlock Windows Phone 7 Series Emulator

A few days ago, Microsoft launched the Windows Phone 7 Series emulator and demoed its features at the MWC and MIX10 but the emulator only offers limited functionality of what Microsoft demoed at these events.
Microsoft tried to limit the functionality of the Windows Phone 7 Emulator by restricting a set of vistamatic features for some reason, which killed all the excitement about Windows 7 that the hype going out before the launch generated.
Dan Ardelean has successfully unlocked the ROM image in the emulator which limited the functionality of the Windows Phone 7 Series emulator.
