Why to put on weight? Put on weight is some skinny people’s goal. Put on weight can not only be healthy but also can be robust and strong. Too thin may cause some disease and unhealthy. So it is very essential for the skinny to put on weight , there are some reasons for them to put on weight as follows: Under the tide of weight loss in the current society, the thin people are envied by average person. But in fact, weight deficiencies are easily malnutrition, tired, depression, muscle loss, ect.
