Total body wellness

It is time to take an inventory of how your total body wellness is going.  If you don’t feel that great about the state your body is in, then you need to set some goals to lose a few pound.  Once you have reached your weight loss goal and it is time to keep the weight off and validate the work that you have done.  In addition to eating a proper diet and exercising there are certain things we can do to keep our body in working order.  There are three things that many Americans do not do, but can start doing in order to have total body wellness:  taking a multivitamin, flossing, and drinking water.  You may say, “I drink water,” but studies show that most people do not drink enough water a day.   Taking a good multivitamin will help your body to get the essential vitamins and minerals it needs.  Even when we are carefully planning our meals and making sure we get the proper vitamins and minerals we can still be missing some.  The...Read More >>
