Step one:
Press the green "Phone" app icon to open the iPhone's phone app. Alternatively, you can doubletap the physical "Home " button to bring up the phone app.
Step two:
Call someone who also has an iPhone 4 and has Wi-Fi access (both parties must be connected to Wi-Fi to establish the video link).
Step three:
