With Christmas and the New Year fast approaching many families may be looking for a great getaway that will entertain the whole family as we head into 2010. With the children off school and many parents able to take time off from work it’s the perfect time like the Summer holidays with the advantage that prices won’t be as scary as the Summer getaways. Whilst many families will choose to jet away to somewhere warm to forget about the cold weather back home a lot of people have found that the wintery weather has delayed or even cancelled their flights. Whilst a lot of families will try and fight the winter weather, many others are actually embracing the rare white Christmas and holidaying here in the UK.
