Recently, a new word, “Hamburg talent” comes into being. It means people who have sufficient professional experience, graduate degree and at least one job qualification certificate or skills certificate. But they fail to hold the suitable post and salary. This group of white collar is like huge Hamburg which has attractive appearance but with little nutritive value.

According to professional consultants’ investigation, 58% job-hoppers belong to Hamburg talent. Enterprises require more of employees, Hamburg talent is in crisis. Here are the four type of personnel who are most likely to be Hamburg talent.
