How many times have you struggled to lose those extra pounds only to get on the scale and find you've gained weight? You think to yourself " What do I need to do to lose my excess weight and keep it off"? It's a challenging task to say the least. So what can you do?

Eating Habits
The first thing you can do is to make sure that you maintain the diet lifestyle that you used previously to lose all that weight. I can hear you now, "But I want to lose weight without starving myself". But obviously at some point in your life you made certain changes in your food intake and eating habits. Now is not the time to go back to those eating habits. If you get back to your old eating habits, you will definitely pack on the extra pounds again, and this time, due to the metabolic and chemical changes that occurred in your body during the initial dieting, it will be harder to lose them the second time around.
