Three Tips to Flatten Your Stomach Fast

In the early 90’s Iwas heavily involved in weightlifting, Powerlifting to be precise. It involves three lifts, sqaut, bench press and deadlift. In competition, you are put into weight classes. Whomever has the highest weight total for the three lifts in your class wins. A powerlifters diet was easy, eat everything and anything you wish. A “ see-food “ lovers dream! The idea was the more you weigh, the more weight you lift. It sure did work. I got to 282 pounds after about two years of powerlifting. At 5’10”, 282lbs , I starting thinking this was unhealthy. My stomach   was getting in my way. I had a lot of knowledge about dieting. Time to start using it. I picked up a book, “ How to Flatten Your Stomach Fast “ at a local bookstore.
