Starcraft 2 Map Editor Guide: How to Build Starcraft 2 Maps

Use Starcraft 2 Map Editor to Build Starcraft 2 Maps - Method 1 :
Physically design the map: The obvious place to start is to sculpt and design the map. Choose the mode of game-play and then place the ground texture. The texture is the map's starting state. There are many texture choices such as dirt, sand, blackened rock and concrete. Cover the entire ground with one texture and then go to different areas and use alternate textures. Once the ground texture is installed add additional items to the surface such as foliage or water. After this, include some elevation and cliffs.
