Sponsoring Up Is Necessary To Success In Your Network Marketing Business

What I mean by this is that you must sponsor someone who is farther up the social or business ladder than you. This person will have more success or experience than you and sponsoring this person is considered as sponsoring up. This person may not even been in network marketing yet and could be a local professional, corporate executive or even a CEO. Why is, sponsoring people better than you so important? Think about this for a moment. If you only sponsor down, as in sponsoring those with less experience than you, then your whole organization will have less skills than you and therefore do less than you in regards to promoting and sponsoring to build the business.
