Research whatever it is that they have to be knowledgeable about and make sure that they do have plenty of knowledge will ensure success. An incredible amount of information may be absorbed in some hours of study. The voice is actually their voice and they must be proud of it. They are asked to speak therefore, the people asking them to speak never have noticed anything wrong using their voice. Thirty years ago a poor voice would have been a problem. The more enlightened times we are now living make regional accents altogether acceptable, their voice is practically the voice of anybody. If they ensure likely knowledgeable and have assembled a good presentation having absorbed their research, they'll not dry up. Anyone who does not research sufficiently deserves to dry up.
