An important factor of them is that you have overmany programs to run when windows boot. So you need to disable some startup items that are unnecessary.   You can disable them by following the steps below:       a. Open System Configuration Utility. Click “Start” and “Run”, type in “msconfig” and click “OK” to open System Configuration Utility. b. Click tab “Startup”. Select the unnecessary startup items and disable them. c.
