Eating is the most important part in travel. In travel, eating healthy and comfortable is related to the quality of your travel and your mood. But what to care in travel eating? Here I will tell you six travel eating tips to make your travel happy and succeed. 1. Eating regularly. Try to keep the travel diet the same as your ordinary eating habit. Don’t over eating or hungry a long time then eating too much. 2. Don’t take part in the strenuous activities, such as mountaineering, riding a horse, swimming immediately after the feast and should not walking while eating.
