Hiking is not only a good way to exercise your physical and mental quality. It is also a way to increase knowledge, cultivate your taste and harden the body. Hiking is becoming more and more popular. But what should we care when hiking? Here are six tips on hiking which will make a brief introduction on hiking tips: 1. Travel light. Only bring the necessary goods for living and working. If it is summer, in order to prevent sunstroke, it is better to bring straw and kettle which are indispensable. If it is winter, wear light warm down coat, gloves and cotton padded cap in order to prevent chilblain or frostbite. Hiking may cause foot hurts and damage, you can carry about safflower oil and band-aid. 2. Wear light and fit shoes. Before you start, choose a light, fit and easy travel shoes.
