There are many ways to lose weight. So many that we often confuse on which method we should use. In this article I will show you my best weight loss plan. By doing this I’m sure you will lose weight. This plan has 3 parts: exercise, diet and diet supplement. In order to lose weight you need to use more than one methods. It is so hard if you want to lose weight just by using one method. Losing weight by doing a lot of exercise but still eat a lot of carb will not work.
Exercise
Exercise will burn your fat because when you are doing exercise you need energy. Cardio exercise is the best exercise to lose weight. Cardio means activity or exercise that speeds up the pumping of heart. Cardio or cardiovascular exercise can increase your general health and stamina. Most sports are cardio activity.
