They are critical in a business because they have a huge role in building, establishing and strengthening relationships with end consumers, who in turn play a valuable role in the company’s revenue generation by their patronage and purchases. With the help of this strategy, manufacturers can have a clearer picture of the market demand and respond accordingly.
