Photoshop holds many different tools and tricks that you can use to either enhance your image or manipulate it, the following is listed a few different ways to change and tweak some things in your photos.

To change eye color:
1. First, Create a new layer.
2. Once you've created a new layer you will select the magnetic lasso tool and carefully trace the eye's edges to your liking.
3. Then you will change the color of the eye within the lasso by selecting the paint bucket tool and filling it with whatever color you choose.
4. Double click the new layer you made previously and change the layer style to Hue, Then drop the opacity to about 55% to blend the color.

Give your photo a model like Glow

1. First, Create a new layer
2. Change the layer style to soft light or hard light depending on your preference.
3. double click the new layer then go to filters, and select Gaussian Blur.
5. Then, adjust to your liking and you're done.
