Cosmetic Surgery Patients Should Learn More before Undergoing Procedures

This conclusion was made following a survey of more than six hundred cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patients. The study reported that a large percentage of patients have had regrets about not learning more about the side effects of plastic surgery before undergoing the procedure.
Still, more than 90 percent of the patients polled said they knew what to expect ahead of time while approximately 80 percent said they were satisfied with the results of the procedure they’ve had. This is good news for the industry, revealing that patients are increasingly becoming smarter before visiting their Tampa plastic surgeon .
Nevertheless, forty percent reported that they wished they had done more research prior to the procedure they had, while only a shocking 28 percent have checked their surgeon’s qualifications.
