Pandora jewelry was first created in 1992 in the capital Copenhagen of the Scandinavian country Denmark . However, it wasn’t until 1999 that the brand really took of with the launch of its Pandora bracelets alongside charm and bead collections. In 1994 Pandora moved their production facility to the Asian country, Thailand , purely to keep up with the huge demand for the product and to ensure tight quality control. In 2006 Pandora opened up their first overseas concept store in the Northern German city of Hamburg , famous for its wealthy habitants and Alster lakes. Since then they have opened concept stores in over 20 countries including the USA , Germany , Switzerland , Australia and Great Britain . The concept is simple yet brilliant.
