Why Your Air Oil Separator Needs a Filter

Some people think that if they have an air oil separator for their air compressor, then they will not need to use a filter. That is incorrect. Both of these are needed so that your machine is able to perform to the standards which are desired. Only having one will make your workspace become unsanitary, as well as potentially harmful to others in the area.

To understand why both are needed, it is important to examine the job which each performs. Once someone understands that, then they will be able to see why it is important to have both of these working together. One cannot be omitted or else the air which you breathe may become polluted. Polluted air can lead to serious health problems, which may end up costing you far more than what the parts would have cost you if you had bought them earlier.
