Hawaii Real Estate Economist Says “Now Is The Time To Buy”, New Resort Homes At Reduced Rates

August 17, 2010 –Top Hawaii economist, Paul Brewbaker of TZ Economics, held a mid-year Real Estate update for Hawaii’s leaders in the Real Estate community on July 28, 2010, where he announced, “now is the time to buy” . The combination of historically low interest rates and low home prices across the state makes purchasing a home in Hawaii an attractive possibility for many. “At some point rates will probably begin to rise again, so the window of opportunity is finite. It may only last another year or so,” said Brewbaker.


Brookfield Homes Hawaii , a Hawaii Real Estate developer, simultaneously announced that it has only three built homes remaining for purchase in their community, KaMilo in the Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.
