If you have heard anything about conversational hypnosis you will be well aware that it is possible to communicate with another persons subconscious mind without that person knowing you are doing anything! Now some people say this is unethical but I think it comes down to the individual. There is no doubt that nuclear power is a huge achievement of the human race and it can be used to help millions of people over the world to heat their homes, cook their food etc etc. BUT It can also be used for devastation and destruction. Hopefully this makes the point.
