Positive mental attitude is a state of mind which always looks at the bright side of things. It is a 'Yes, I Can' attitude that expects good and favorable results like happiness, joy and health and a successful outcome of every situation.

Positive thinking isn't just wishful thinking. It isn't someone looking at a horrible situation and closing their eyes and repeating, "It's getting better, it's getting better, it's getting better." Someone with a positive attitude looks at a bad situation and tries to find out how to fix it or make it better.
Learning to turn things around that aren't going your way, how to have a different outlook on the negative things which do happen in our lives, and how we can make the best of a bad situation if it appears, can truly change your life.
