In today's world, we thrive on collecting and sharing information. This has made it possible for gelato - which has existed in Italy for centuries - to now become sought after in North America and many other international countries. Gelato may not look very different from ordinary ice cream, but it has a taste and texture all its own and its something everyone should try for themselves.
