Is Hypnobirthing Something You Should Look Into?

In my hypnosis research, I recently came across the term hypnobirthing. Now, I have had four of my own kids, and none of them were natural births. But the more I checked into hypnobirthing, the more I thought that maybe it would have been a great solution. So, if you're thinking about whether you should try natural childbirth or not, look into hypnobirthing first.

So what is hypnobirthing exactly? It's uses hypnosis to achieve the most comfort, relief, pain management and relaxation while in childbirth.

Hypnobirthing has several benefits. First, it's a natural form of pain management, eliminating medications with potential side effects for mother or baby. Generally, babies are better sleepers and breast feeders when fewer drugs are in their system.
