Education and competition are two universal ingredients of all human cultures. It is always considered as the important issues in the past as well as present. Children always have a competition with the peers and they have immense desire to compare them with the others. This is the core of the education and it is beneficial to children’s development. Previously the formal competition was confined to sports but now it has been implemented in all areas like education to cracking the interview for a job.
