Are you ready to give on training your stubborn feline? Well, I am here to tell you do not give up because it IS possible to train your cat. You and I both know that cats do what they want to do when they want to do it. Below are a few simple training steps to get you on your way! 1. Teach your feline to claw his furniture, not yours! How is this going to work? It is simple; anywhere your cat has clawed you need to place a citrus odor. In order to keep your kitten or adult cat from scratching on furniture, I recommend bribing your feline with catnip, away from your furniture, and then placing the cat nip all over a scratching post. Be sure you have a post that is a different texture than your furniture or carpet. 2. Give your cat more attention Did you know that when cats get bored they will do anything to get your attention?
