Home Swap is temporary or sometimes permanent agreement of trading of accommodation by two home owners for a mutually agreed period of time. This arrangement enables both parties to stay free in a house with all its comforts while enjoying your vacation with Home Swap.

House Swapping as explained above is done either on temporary or on a more permanent basis. The concept of the home swap or house exchange was born or has its origins from the need of most vacationers for low-cost vacation accommodation. That said there are also mechanisms for tenants of social housing to swap their homes, in other words, if you are a tenant and you wish to swap your home, you can do that with other like minded tenants.
