The object of a holiday for many holidaymakers is to get as much rest and relaxation as they can. However, for other holidaymakers a holiday is a chance to take part in activities seeking adventure and adrenaline. Watersports are a very popular holiday activity especially as most resorts are located on the coast.
There are many different types of Watersports to take part in such as Scuba diving, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing and of course swimming. Several of these activities need detailed instruction and constant supervision whilst people participate in the activity. However, it is the case in many resorts that holidaymakers are given little instruction and no supervision. This often leads to accidents in the case of jet skis when holidaymakers go too fast or have not received the correct instructions on how to handle theses powerful machines. Serious injury or even death can result from a jet skiing accident on holiday.
