Causes of High Blood Pressure

1. Weight. The higher your body mass, the greater the pressure in the artery walls. This is because more blood is produced to supply oxygen and nutrients to tissues in your body.

2. The lack of physical activity tends to increase heart rate, which forces the heart to work harder with each contraction.
