Free Helpdesk for non profit projects & New version of Facil Helpdesk

We are happy to announce the immediate availability of free, perpetual and unlimited licenses for open-source software and charity projects. Sometimes price and specially complexity are barriers, to avoid it we are giving away our help desk software. Second, we want to announce the new version of Facil HelpDesk 2.6, software that include new features: For staff You can know if your response was readed (tickets submited using web interface, answer and close ticket at the same time, internal responses (when is required a second opinion and you are not ready for giving solution for a ticket), daily report (how many tickets you answered?), there is a link near "logout". Security Were fixed XSS/LFI vulnerabilities but is recommended to use ModSecurity or something similar.
