Those who are interested in mens health should know that lack of zinc in a male body can cause rather serious problems. Here are some of them: prostate, impotence, reduced sperm count. If zinc is not enough for a boy, who only is going to reach sexual maturity, incomplete development of the penis and testicles is possible. Within mens health sexologists advise their patients to take zinc tablets or vitamins, daily intake of 15 mg.
The following foods contain zink most of all: pumpkin seeds, nuts, wheat germ, raw eggs, oysters, various meat products.
According to numerous studies, a list of products is composed which adversely affect mens health; these are bread and brewers yeast, coffee, tomatoes, foods with high sugar content (chocolate, candies), milk with higher fat content.
