Using them ancient people tried to make their home more attractive and comfortable, to protect it from cold, high humidity and piercing winds. Later, when weaving was invented people have learned to dye yarn and fabric in various colors. First hand-woven carpets began to appear, which were used for interior decoration as well as for giving required comfort to dwellings.
