Office worker are busy at working, so there is hardly any time for them to exercise. Lack of physical training may cause fatigue and faintness, incur obesity and heart cerebrovascular disease. 2. Don’t see a doctor when ill. If office worker are ill, they always buy medicine to treat themselves or ignore any small problem on the surface.
