Oven Roasted Cauliflower Lowers Risk of Cancer

According to latest research, the phytonutrients found in cauliflower are more
powerful than typical antioxidants.
Oven Roasted Cauliflower Dish
Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees
Pour half a coup of virgin olive oil inside the cooking pan
Cut a clove of garlic in thinly slices and place them in the pan
Remove the steam from cauliflower, cut in small pieces and place
them in the pan
Add half a cup of beef broth for flavour
Sprinkle a tea spoon of oregano or parsley on top
Sprinkle some ground pepper and salt on top
Add another half cup of virgin olive oil (olive oil helps to
transfer the heat to cauliflower)
Cover the pan with foil paper and place in the oven for 20
minutes, while you are waiting for the cauliflower to roast,
