A career in fitness industry can be helpful as there is variety of opportunities available to explore. If you are trying to establish your career in this field then here are few options available for you: Group fitness Instructors educates various forms of exercise. You can teach various exercises or can major in one exercise form. Some of the most popular formats that you can teach are step, yoga, spin, Pilates, sculpt and cardio. Most of the instructors combine these exercise formats into classes like yogalates, sculpt and cardio. In order to become an instructor you will have to gain a CPR certificate and attend workshops that are particularly given for aspiring instructors.
