In the current economic climate, finding a job can be a frustrating endeavor. Employers are afraid to hire in fear of a drop in sales and employees often feel as if any newcomer is an unwanted usurper planning to still much needed hours. However, there are sites that can provide a break from endless applications and interviews that never merit a call back. Here are five sites that will reduce stress and help bring a job seeker's employment dreams to fruition.

1: Craigslist: The jobs on this site are separated according to region and placed in subcategories according to specialty. This site works better for individuals in larger cities, but there are a few postings for the occasional jobseeker in a rural area.

2. Hotjobs: Hotjobs is a larger job board that many employers turn to for posting current listings. This site provides the searcher with a variety of possibilities from larger corporations and businesses.
