Whenever girls apply cosmetics, they generally begin with eye makeup as eyes would be the capabilities that improve the beauty of a person. If the makeup in the eyes is underdone, then that total impact is lost and the person may look dull. But on the other hand, if it can be overdone, then the whole facial is actually a flop. Thus excellent care needs to be taken up to apply eye makeup. But when ladies apply eye makeup, specific accidents take place. Eyes aren't always perfectly receptive to makeup items.
