This amazing revolving building is located in Dubai. It is 420 meters and has 80 floors. Each floor can rotate 360 degrees. The rotational power is from 79 wind turbines. It is the first moving building in the world. The appearance shape can change continually for the rotating floors. The roof of each floor are placed the solar version can collect solar power and provide tenants with renewable energy.
2. Okhta Building – Russia
