How to Uninstall a Program in the Safe Mode

When uninstalling a program, sometimes you can not completely uninstall it even though you have used a professional uninstall tool. And 9 out of 10 times, it is because that you haven't shut down this program completely. And sometimes for some reason, you have no way to successfully shut down this program unless you do it in the safe mode.
We all know that Safe Mode, shortened as SM, offers the cleanest and safest version of your system by running under minimum loading of programs. And here I will show you how to enter the safe mode and then you can uninstall a program completely.
If you are a Windows XP or Windows Vista user:
Step 1 When you switch on the computer and see a black screen. Press F8 key at once.
Step 2 Select the safe mode option by using the arrow keys, and then press ENTER.
If you are a Windows 95, 98 or Me user:
