Ways 1: Setup POP3/IMAP Email Account on HTC Desire HD
Step 1: Go to the Home Menu. Tap the Grid icon so you can view all installed applications.
Step 2: Now select the Email icon. And then enter your Email Address and Password for the account you are setting up and tap 'Next'.
Step 3: Now you have to select the type of account: POP3, IMAP. Enter the Incoming server settings, such as Username, Password, POP3 server and so on. And then delete email from server, then tap Done, and then 'Next'.
Step 4: Enter the Outgoing server settings: SMTP server. And then 'Next'. Now you can select Account options.
