PR Log (Press Release) – Dec 08, 2009 – Kepas Vs. eBay: INTENTIONAL DISCRIMINATION Kepas vs. eBay; INTENTIONAL DISCRIMINATION details a Federal Discrimination Law Suit filed by a former eBay eWatch manager against eBay Inc., detailing how he was unfairly demoted and then sexually harassed and harassed by his new female manager. Prior to his "new" manager taking his position, she was publicly observed performing a "lap dance" at a corporate eBay Christmas party, exhibiting her breasts in public to a large group of eBay employees and reprimanded for threatening and harassing her employees. This was followed by her Quid Pro Quo invitation for Manny to come over to her home "to get to know her better."
