Are Teenagers Understanding The Economy?

Are teenagers actually understanding the situation the economy is in and helping their parents? Most teenagers have to have cell phones and stylish clothes in order to fit in with their peers.

There’s a retail store in New York that is having a 2 for 1 t-shirt sale and their profits have rose due to teenagers. Well, denim and t-shirts are still very popular, so if teens can get stylish clothes at a reasonable price then in their own way it really is helping out the economy and their parents.

Teenagers understand the situation the economy is in more than they did before. Now they all have computers and cell phones that keeps them informed. But what happens when the fashion trend changes?
