Domestic E-commerce Graduates Employment Rate only 20%

On one hand, personnel request of the market is more and more urgent; on the other hand, the graduates can not directly get a job due to lack of practical skills the personnel training of national electronic commerce is facing embarrassed reality of “inconsistent in production and marketing”.     According to a survey by Iresearch, e-commerce personnel demand has appeared blowout phenomenon. Experts forecast that China ’s electronic business talent gap will be more than 2 million in the next 10 years.          However, statistics of IEBM Certification Committee (China) R&D center showed that e-commerce graduates’ employment rate is only 20%, which is far below other majors whose employment rate is 84% of regular institutions of higher learning.
