10 Ways to Quickly Shed Some Unwanted Fat

Summertime is here and your holidays are getting closer, still on the chubby side and need to lose the fat fast. You’re not the only one, I’ve come up with an easy to follow list that will trim you right down within a couple of weeks. Follow as closely as possible, once you see the results you will not want to go back. Try the following steps:

1. Cut the calories – No way around this and it should be the first thing you do. Doing this alone and building a negative calorie deficit will help you shed a some weight by itself. Aim to consume your calories through protein and veg, protein sources such as chicken, fish, egg whites and some nuts.
2. Increase activity – If you live a slightly lazy lifestyle start up by doing minor things such as, walking more, gardening, cleaning, stairs instead of lifts, etc. Just by being more active throughout the day you will increase calorie expenditure.
