Show the customers that you are glad to help them through your smiles. Never let the customers know that you are not happy with his/her dealing. Keep smiling at any situation practically possible. The next important thing you should bear in mind is that you should coordinate and cooperate your colleague. Team work is necessary for good customer service. In order to fully satisfy the customers, coordination among the team is mandatory.
