Many people will have seen adverts in local papers or on the television for companies that are specialists in building conservatories but what are the key points to know when choosing a conservatory? First of all the space required is a big factor, will your garden have enough room to build a decent sized conservatory? Some houses may have small back gardens and so by adding a conservatory you may end up with little garden space left afterwards. Another factor to consider initially is whether you can get planning permission.
