Ways to Make Your Own Android Ringtones

Creating your own ringtones for your Motorola Droid by Google on Verizon Wireless is a fun thing to do. Downloading ringtone apps is fun, but if you want a specific part of a specific song, and you have the full Mp3, you can easily have a custom made ringtone for your phone, that only you have. This is great if you want to express your individuality with your Droid, and have something unique.

Instructions

Step 1 to getting free ringtones on your Droid : Mount your Droid to your computer. Locate the song that you want to use a piece of as your ringtone. Put it on your Droid.

Step 2 Next, access the Android Market on your phone. This can be done by sliding up the applications menu and selecting the Market. Hit the search button and type in Ringdroid. Download the Ringdroid application and install it on your phone.
