Within today's economy, this is quite a big draw. This iPad 2 starts at $499. Not many single mothers and dads or students who usually get access to that large amount of cash. That has often ended up what has lead many looking for an Apple alternative. A big difference is also the digital cameras or lack thereof. The iPad 2 wins these, as it has a few cameras, while the Amazon online Kindle Fire has zero. One camera is for still photos along with the other is for movie chat. Many people do not use their tablet to take photos, but if they do video chat a lot, then this could be described as a drawback.
