Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome

What is it?     It is commonly referred to as the 21 st Century Stress Syndrome by Dr. James Wilson (whom I found via my internet surfing on the condition) who has written a book on adrenal fatigue and has created a website www.adrenalfatigue.org also.   His website is very informative and I keep going back and reading the information again and again.   I highly recommend it, if you are interested in learning more about adrenal fatigue that many unsuspecting people have and don’t realize it or attribute it to something else since symptoms are similar to other conditions.   Since I don’t have the book much less have read it, yet…would like to some day, I wanted to be able to share what I know of the syndrome, only for the fact that I myself from time to time suffer from the condition.   Adrenal fatigue is a result of the adrenal glands functioning below normal.   It sometimes can arise after a...Read More >>
